FNDMNTLS® Refund & Return Policy

Return Window 30 days from the delivery date of each item. If your order ships in multiple packages, the return window applies separately based on each shipment's delivery date. All returns require approval before shipping back.

How to Start a Return Contact returns@fndmntls.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label and instructions will be emailed to you. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility — Stocked Items Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items not meeting these conditions may be denied or returned to sender.

Made-to-Order / Partner-Fulfilled Items Returns accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. Preference-based returns (fit, style, change of mind) are not available for these items. If a defect or fulfillment issue is confirmed, a prepaid return label will be issued and a replacement or resolution arranged.

Restocking Fee Orders that are cancelled after processing, returned, refused at delivery, or returned as undeliverable are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a $10 return shipping fee. This fee is deducted from your refund total.

Prepaid Return Labels Provided for approved returns only. Labels are time-limited — items must be shipped using the provided label within the specified window. Unauthorized return methods may delay or void processing. Misuse may result in refusal of future returns.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing timelines vary by financial institution. If a returned item is not in acceptable condition upon inspection, the refund may be reduced or denied. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear.

Exchanges & Size Issues We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style:

1. Initiate a return for the original item (subject to standard return eligibility)
2. Place a new order for the correct size or item

To avoid sizing issues, refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you received an item with a manufacturing defect affecting fit, contact returns@fndmntls.co — defect-related issues are handled separately.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items Contact returns@fndmntls.co immediately with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll investigate and provide replacement or refund instructions once verified.

Non-Returnable Items Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items showing wear, damage, or alteration
• Items missing tags or original packaging
• Returns outside the 30-day window
• Returns without prior authorization
• Final sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products
• Perishable goods or hazardous materials

Launch / Limited Release Products Once ordered, these sales are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. Multiple orders for the same launch product are limited to one per customer. Any unauthorized returns are subject to the restocking fee policy above.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
