FNDMNTLS® Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Fulfillment Model Orders are fulfilled through a combination of stocked inventory shipped directly from our facility and made-to-order or partner-fulfilled items produced after purchase. Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages.
Processing & Production Time
- Stocked items: ship within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order / partner-fulfilled items: 5–10 business days
- Pre-order items: estimated ship date displayed on the product page at time of purchase; customers will be notified of any changes
- During launches or high-volume periods, timelines may extend slightly
- Processing time is separate from carrier transit time
Shipping Transit Times Transit begins once your order leaves our fulfillment facility. The following are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
- International shipping: varies by destination and customs processing
Carriers We ship via UPS, USPS, and DHL. Carrier selection is based on destination, package weight, and service level chosen at checkout.
Split Shipments Orders with multiple items may ship separately based on production timelines or fulfillment origin. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
Shipping Rates & Multi-Origin Fulfillment Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on fulfillment location, item weight and dimensions, and your selected carrier service. Because items may ship from different facilities, charges may reflect multiple fulfillment origins. All totals are displayed before payment is collected.
Tracking Your Order A tracking link will be emailed once your package leaves our facility. If tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact the carrier directly
- Reach out to our team at orders@fndmntls.co
Signature Confirmation Orders over $150 require signature confirmation upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Customs, Duties & Taxes U.S. orders include applicable taxes at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local regulations. These charges are not controlled by FNDMNTLS® and are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages Contact us immediately at orders@fndmntls.co or +1 (254) 654-1402. We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide a verified replacement or resolution.
